Our focus is primarily on heritage & bantam breeds of waterfowl and chickens. Many of the birds on our farm are listed on the Livestock Conservatory Watch List. From the critically endangered Pomeranian goose to the recovering Polish chicken, our goal is helping others build foundation flocks of their own to be enjoyed for generations to come.

Everything goes hand-in-hand — the geese eat down the tall, bristly grasses & weeds; the ducks dig up the roots as they dabble through the dirt & mud; the chickens till the soil behind the ducks, searching for scraps that they’ve left behind; the fertilized ground springs into life, lush and nutrient dense; the herbs (such as red clover, common plantain, yarrow, etc.) are collected, cleaned, dehydrated & used in our handcrafted blends; and the cycle continues.
